His fervour for business events shines through his involvement on the global and ANZ chapter boards of SITE (Society for Incentive Travel Excellence) and his dedication as a volunteer facilitator for PCMA APAC labs. Additionally, he spearheads content curation for the AIME (Asia Pacific Incentives & Meetings Event) Knowledge Program in 2023 and 2024.
Among El's standout achievements are the 2018 "Thailand REDEFINE" and 2020 "I M People Focused" marketing campaigns for TCEB, as well as Business Events Sarawak's "TRIBE LEGACY SARAWAK" campaign in 2020. His passion for immersive experiences led to collaboration with local artists, transforming breakout sessions at the SITE Global Conference Bangkok 2019 into cultural immersions. In the same year, El curated experiences for Asia Business Meet, bringing to life three industry trends: Culture, Sustainability, and Innovation.
Amid the pandemic, El partnered with Marina Bay Sands to create "Forces of Change", a program that provides a safe space for leaders to openly discuss shaping a new future for the business events industry.

Kiat finds inspiration and engagement in making lengthy documents enjoyable to read, translating thoughts and experiences into inspiring videos, and devising creative solutions to realize clients' objectives. As a business partner, he has embraced an extensive learning curve, becoming more attuned to people's work experiences, including his own.
With a background of working across the Asia Pacific region, Kiat's industry experience, insights into Asian and global markets, and outcome-driven thinking fuel his creative, visual approach to devising compelling communication and experiential strategies.
Photography is both a personal passion and a professional pursuit for Kiat. He integrates photography into his daily life, finding joy in capturing intimate moments and people's emotions through his camera lens. There's a unique freedom that comes with that lens – seconds that go unnoticed by others are preserved with a single click. The true magic happens when that click becomes part of a larger, meaningful narrative.
Kiat holds a degree from RMIT (Melbourne, Australia), with a major in Business, Management, and Marketing.

After earning two Masters' degrees in Business and Marketing abroad, Chilli returned to her native Thailand, entering the hotel and tourism industry with a prestigious 5-star island resort's pre-opening. She later ventured into Events, Sales, Marketing, and Branding, exploring diverse realms like music and winemaking.
Her passion for travel and the lasting impact of diverse experiences led her back to tourism in 2018. As the Chief Creative Officer at Events Travel Asia, she specialises in MICE, crafting and designing incentive trips and business events.
Within the BEAMexperience team, Chilli plays a complementary role as the Chief Experiencer, breathing life into experience and communication concepts in Thailand. At BEAMexperience (formerly Biz Events Asia), they emphasize mindful engagement
Chilli is driven by the belief that meaningful experiences can shift perspectives, fostering connections that people genuinely enjoy, whether in live, virtual, or hybrid settings. She's dedicated to reviving and fortifying the tourism and MICE industries for a stronger, better future.

Transitioning from a decade-long stint as an events planner, Qixin has pivoted her expertise towards the dynamic realms of content creation and digital marketing. This new chapter at BEAMexperience has been nothing short of exhilarating, allowing her to channel her creativity and meticulous attention to detail in innovative ways. Her primary mission remains unwavering: to empower clients with distinctive strategies, be it through electrifying events or groundbreaking digital campaigns.
Qixin is an alumnus of RMIT University, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Communications (Mass Communications), further cementing her foundation in the field.

In 2006, a career journey into the world of fitness proved incredibly insightful for Michelle and cemented the importance of well-being in performance, in both work and life. The holistic nature of 'wellbeing' extends to the spiritual and psychological realms. Mental fitness is an increasingly important pursuit of working and personal lives at BEAMexperience, and Michelle is committed to promoting this for herself, her clients, and their clients in turn. Driven by creating solutions and seeing clients' objectives realised, Michelle forms an integral part of the work of the BEAMexperience team.
Often the "Yin" to her very creative and innovative team's "Yang," she is the voice of the client and provides a framework within which incredible partnerships form. Michelle has a deep belief that learning and development are never-ending journeys, and she brings this energy and curiosity into her everyday work.


With a core background in sales and marketing, Gina has discovered her passion for copywriting. She excels in crafting vital components of the communication process, enriching connections and experiences, whether they are individual or shared.
Gina skilfully enhances the readability and searchability of websites, digital media, and partnership activation. She seamlessly blends her talents in sales, marketing, and copywriting into her daily endeavours.
